The Care Certificate is a national qualification that consists of fifteen standards that health and social care workers abide by during their daily working life.
Anyone providing care and support at Home Straight has to complete this qualification which gives them the confidence, skills, knowledge and behaviours to enable them to provide compassionate, safe, high quality care and support.
The first group to complete the Care Certificate produced some excellent work and set the bar high for the rest to follow – which of course they will! Following this, we have offered our workshops to other local care companies to help them provide the necessary training and support to get their teams through the stringent requirements of the Care certificate.
